serviceminder is a one-stop-shop platform for managing franchised field service businesses such as painting franchises and plumbing franchises. With serviceminder, franchisors can automate and optimize their entire business process, including estimates, invoicing, bookings, and payment collection, all within a single platform.
Since 2019, we have supported serviceminder's growth by providing strategic and creative content. Our goal has been to increase awareness and enhance its visual brand, attracting larger accounts.
Our work has included creating social media creatives, designing tradeshow booths from start to finish, producing product demo videos and explainer videos, as well as creating onboarding guides. Additionally, we have offered a design system and a tone-of-voice playbook to further support Serviceminder's success and consistency as a brand.
